The front door lights are the original leaded glass. The entryway greets guests with old plank floors and a vintage 1960's light fixture. An arched doorway with classic molding and trim detail speaks of 18th and 19th century style and charm(above)

This GORGEOUS home was featured in last month's Elle Decor. A Sag Harbor, New York Federal style classic home built in 1750. The owners embraced the home's 18th century architecture while also adding mid-century modern decor and design. Apparently, this update included a lot of lightening and brightening of walls, floors and surfaces...giving the antique house a fresh makeover!

The living room shown in the two photos above is decorated with contemporary furniture and midcentury modern classic including a sofa from Room & Board, a Mies Van Der Rohe coffee table and a clear glass chandelier (above)

White cabinets, a white subway tile porcelain backsplash, a stainless steel Viking range and hood and quartz CeasarStone countertops make for a classic and inviting kitchen (above)

A vintage Florence Knoll sofa rests in the pristine master bedroom (above)

White washed wood plank floors, tan glass tile walls and a vanity countertop made from an old house beam come together to make the home's masterful master bath (above)

Exterior of home is classic Federal style with white siding and an all-American white picket fence (above)
