P.S. A big thank you to Starrett from Jonathan Adler for helping with this lamp giveaway. And a "shout out" to Tony and Theresa at the Melrose store for no real reason except I was in there on Saturday to take these pics and they are nice...and more importantly, because I wanted to use the phrase "shout out" (sounds so unhip that I think it is cool ..."shout out")!

Next is the Parker lamp! That groovy thing would look good in the game room. Great site thanks for sharing. As for the Capri lamp, that would go in the kitchen!

2) Richard Nixon rug in black and natural. This would go perfect in any space. I love the geometric pattern!

OK first ...THIS ONE is for me ...I am recently trying to turn my beige box of an apartment into a lovely home and shades of "happy blue" and white are my colors of choice, with pops of silver/chrome, so the lamp is PERFECT!

Second I am loving the chair you posted as well !!

Anyway the two items I chose are the Queen Anne mirror in white...I love the shape and as I am trying to add in some glam and Regency touches, what is more regent than that???

Second the Lacquer Cubes in what else ?? That fab blue turquoise shade! I have an awkward space beside the couch and the couch arms are too high for a side table so this would be awesome to use the cubes to create a high side table/storage next to my couch!

My name is Stephanie...I go by Ruby, Feldman...I am a follower of yours on FB as well.

Chain Rug

There are so many great rugs on this site, but some are too bold for me to actually implement in my design. I feel that this rug is a great combination between bold and practical (for me)! Hmmm, and it matches the Chippendale chairs. Is this a sign?

1. hot Pink and natural Nixon Throw:
It's difficult for me to add super feminine touches to my neutral living room without feeling like I'm going too girlie. However, this super vibrant hot pink throw would be a welcomed splash of summer color to break up the beige and chocolate browns.

2. PRESCOTT CHAIR
I have always wanted a huge dining room table, one that sits 10-12 and feels regal. I can imagine two of these Prescott chairs at opposite ends with simple wood chairs in the mix. love this style, back height and rich fabric!

Jonathan Adler - great mix of classics with a funky modern twist.

And yes, I too think that lamp will make me look younger and thinner.

Thank you for this generous opportunity! I love his figurtive forms especially the giraffe scones because of the whimsy- so modern and appropriate for a child's room. And, I like the Large Aorta Vase from the platinum collection. It could be an aorta or it could be a Jules Verne prototype. I like that it's not too literal and it's shiny!

Mmmm, JA...hello lovah.

Jonathan Adler is a man who can do no wrong in my book. And truly, how do I choose only TWO favorite pieces?? Sigh. Considering I have an almost unnatural obsession with lacquer, I'm going to have to count the new bone/lacquer serving set in turquoise as one. Annnnnd, on the opposite end of the cost spectrum, the Channing Desk. The design, the color, the drawer pulls...all of it equals total perfection!

P.S. I just blogged this fabulous contest!

I absolutely love the templeton apartment sofa... "neo-classical modernism" is right, the lines are sleek but evocative, and the tangerine color they show on it is beautiful. Just truly stunning.

The channing buffet isn't in stock yet, but it's so energetic and elegant. I can picture the perfect spot for it in my dining room.

What a fun contest! What a fabulous prize!
My two favorites are:

1. Large Man/Woman vase -- the expressions on those two faces are absolutely priceless. I could just have staring contests with them all day!

2. File Folders -- yes the entire stationary collection is cute, but beautiful file folders are extremely hard to find, so I am thrilled to see that JA has finally made some. At $9.95 for a pack of 6, I will be buying a whole office full!

Tough choice indeed as Sir Adler is rather excellent at surprising us every time he adds new pieces to his collection.

If I had to choose two items, I would certainly pick the Ventena chandelier in nickel and white and the Lampert sofa in Brussels Charcoal .

Both pieces have a classic feel while combining contemporary sleek lines.

The chandelier is an apology of elegance and the sofa is a perfect canvas to receive colorful cushions and throws... are you sure it's not possible to pick a third piece? :)

What an incredible giveaway! I can't believe I never knew of Jonathan Adler's line before this. On his website, I love the dragon lamp, because it's so unusual and funky. I think a pair of them would look fantastic on my nightstands, in my travel-themed bedroom!

I also really like the star sign pillows (Gemini, Capricorn, etc.), not because I'm into star signs, but again because they're so unusual and fun!

As one of the most obsessed Adler collectors on the planet, thanks for this groovy competition. I absolutely love it all, but here are two pieces I have coveted for years.

1. The large man/woman vase — massive, quirky and iconic.
2. The large horse statue from the Menagerie collection — a signature piece from one of Adler's definitive lines.

Cheers,

Clayton -- a daily reader from St. Louis. (berrycl@hotmail.com)

Coco,

Thanks so much for getting this giveaway together. How amazing! I love your blog and have been following you for the past few months. I too am a design blogger, and like you, I am a major fan of Mr. Jonathan Adler. I love how one of his pieces can totally change the attitude in a room. What I'm crushing on right now...

Meurice Chandelier in nickel
(This is such a special piece that it alone has the power to totally change a room....I'd put it somewhere unexpected, because why not?)

Talitha Rug
(I'm a big fan of the Navy and Natural, but I love that I can also change the colors up and customize it. Oh, Mr. Adler and his patterns...love it!)

And always...his lamps, of course!

I blogged about this giveaway. Check it out at ABODesigns.blogspot.com

I love a bit of the unexpected in a room ... something that you dont think would belong there .... it simply catches the eye .... brings in a bit of the surprise and "why didnt I think of that" factor .... Jonathan Adler has the wherewithall to do just that with his line....

It is quite difficult choosing only two items from his collection ...

However that being said ... I adore the lamp from the giveaway and thank you and Jonathan for being so .... beyond generous....

One of my items is the C.Jere Raindrops mirror in silver ... I love the color and dimension ... I feel it has a bit of Hollywood glam . ... the other.... though quite simplistic in its beauty is the meurice pendant lamp .... it speaks for itself ... and would be a lovely addition to any room ....

Here are my two favourites and why:Jonathan Adler Woodhouse Queen Headboard (in grey) and his Capri Table Lamp in Blue. The curves of the headboard are a nice complement to the luscious curve of the table lamp. The headboard in Grey would work fabulously with the blue Capri Lamp. The headboard in Grey gives a more luxe look while the lamp adds a pop of fun....but always in an elegant way. I see it in a room that has off-white with warm grey drop of paint in it; a white lacquer chest of drawers that has Dorothy Draper look with the lamp on it; headboard; and drapes that are white with a band of grey and then blue ribbon up the bottom and the side of curtain panel (ribbon on drapes a la Suzanne Kassler). I love your blog-read it daily!!!I'm a design fiend in Toronto...think of us here...I'd love the lamp...an opportunity to work it into my bedroom!!!!

Just two??? Fine... (c:

*LOVE* the woodhouse queen headboard because it would look so fabulous with my current bedding...

And the Tangiers pillows (yes, ALL of them!) because that turquoise blue is so fabulous...

Love the use of such vibrant colors.

Picking just two is like taking someone who has spent the last 30 days on Survivor, putting them in front of an all-you-can-eat buffet and telling them to choose two small bites. Torture!

Favorites:
1. baxter club chair in tangerine. The color is fabulous and as structured as it is it looks amazingly comfy.
2. the entire channing series. Sorry this is the most I can narrow it down! Clean lines and gorgeous white.

Keeping my fingers crossed! In the process of re-decorating my living room in black and white with pops of turq and chartreuse. This lamp would be GREAT!

It's hard to pick just two....
I love the Queen Ann Mirror (because of it's simplicity)and the Baxter Sofa(it's so classic and modern at the same time)...and pretty much everything else that I saw browsing around the website.
